No doubt you have seen the images of Lahaina on the news. It’s heartbreaking to look at the scale of the loss after the town suffered one of the deadliest wildfires in U.S. history.
Many of the survivors have lost homes, many have lost businesses, and all are looking at an uncertain future in a place known for its history, culture and vibrant art scene.
Lahaina has welcomed artists for decades, including many of us. We would love to help repay the town’s kindness right now when they desperately need it.
We are inviting artists to donate a painting by August 25 to be part of “ARTISTS FOR LAHAINA.” Over two hundred artists have already committed a painting to the auction. Among them are distinguished painters with works in corporate and museum collections and also prominent concept artists and production designers from the film industry. Please join them!
