Walk or ride with the McKinney Area Democratic Club in the City's 4th of July Parade around the downtown square! Dress in your best family-friendly Democratic gear to show our community that McKinney is turning more and more blue!!! We always receive lots of applause, thumbs up, and cheers as we walk! It's a great time!

Invite your families, your friends, and neighbors to show our Democratic Pride! Do not have to be a McKinney resident.

Bring: Sunscreen, umbrellas to block the sun, handheld fans (some will be provided), lots of water!

Meet at 9:30am, parade is from 10-11am.

We have signs, flags, etc to hold, or you can smile and wave!

I don't know why this hasn't received more publicity, but this fifty-foot sculpture was unveiled recently in South Dakota.
It's called 'Dignity' and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation..
