🎶 Join me Melody, along with the incredibly talented Jake Gilmore , Amber Rae , and Michelle Koster - we have formed a new Sound Healing Band: the Axis Sound Healing Ensemble!

We're blending soothing sound healing practices with dreamy vibes, creating a unique experience filled with experimental soundscapes. Expect layers of vibrant textures not just from traditional musical instruments, but also from unique sound healing tools that add depth and dimension to our performance.

Our first practice had an amazing synergy, where we wrote, improvised, and performed seven songs together! The list of diverse instruments and tools we used is tremendous and it was so much fun.

So join us for our first show on Friday, November 8th, from 6:30 to 8 PM at the lovely Folkmoot Queen Auditorium in Waynesville, NC, and let the sound take you on a transformative chakra journey of the senses. We can’t wait to uplift your spirits and share this special experience with you!

Today’s update. Can’t thank you guys enough, we will continue to receive donations this week but are asking for more specific needs each day. We are targeting certain areas based off of direct contacts we have been able to make. We have also identified volunteer opportunities and if you signed up to receive more information we’ll be sending that your way soon!

Hi neighbors,

I’m a mom of three boys (ages 3, 2, and almost 1), and my family has been blessed to have avoided major damage after the brutal attack of Helene. We are incredibly grateful and feel called to help others during this time.

To support our community, I’m clearing out my boys closet and have some items available for those in need. I have:

• Clothes- NB- 2T boys & L/XL Maternity
• Shoes
• Toys
• Books

If you or someone you know could benefit, please PM me! I’ll be preparing custom care packages for kids in need while supplies last, and I’d love to help as many as possible.
