fifth graders like Maggie from Morningside STEM Elementary continue to be inspired at Friday's Are For Fifth Graders, a program sponsored by the Sioux City Career Academy. Every Friday, fifth graders explore the various pathways available through Career Academy.

Maggie, who hopes to be a cardiologist one day, was interviewed by the Sioux City Journal's Earl Horlyk about her experience seeing a sheep heart for the first time.

Morningside STEM students get hands-on experience at Career Academy SIOUX CITY -- A sheep's heart is slippery, slimy and, let's be honest, a little bit stinky.
