Strength & Mobility with Jeanny

This class is designed to help you strengthen your joints and muscles through a combination of mobility and strength-building movements.

In this class, we focus on using heavier weights while moving slower and with intention. By doing so, we aim to challenge your muscles and promote greater strength gains. The emphasis is on controlled movements that engage your muscles effectively, allowing you to build strength and improve your overall mobility.

Our heated space is maintained at a temperature range of 83-87 degrees Fahrenheit. The purpose of the heat is to provide a warm and comfortable environment for your workout, without it being the primary source of challenge. We want the focus to be on the movements and the effort you put into them, rather than solely relying on the heat to increase intensity.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our Strength and Mobility Class offers a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone. Get ready to push your limits, build strength, and enhance your mobility in a fun and engaging way.

What an amazing journey this has been. One that has set my soul on fire and ignited areas of my own personal practice in new and interesting ways. Over the last year, we've expanded our classes, added new modalities like sound baths and drum circles, and made new friends. We're only getting started.

It's been a journey filled with love, lessons, and more growth than I originally expected. None of which would have been possible without each one of you.

So, I would like to take a few minutes and express my heartfelt gratitude for our team members and our teachers, for they are the ones who truly make the Ignyte Yoga culture what it is today.

And to all of you in our wonderful Ignyte Yoga family, who come to the studio and support us day in and day out, thank you so much for being a part of our lives. Your continued presence along this journey is what sets our minds, bodies, and souls on fire.
