Litigators in Georgia are taking a stand against "illegal" solicitation tactics by personal injury competitors. The lawsuit brought by Shane Lazenby of Lazenby Law Group, as the Plaintiff, represented by attorney Matt Cook of The Cook Law Group, aims to address the unethical practice of "case running" and soliciting car accident victims before police reports are public. Seeking civil remedies, they hope to set a precedent for maintaining integrity within the legal profession.

$10M settlement reached in tractor-trailer case after a week-long trial in Dekalb County.

Lazenby Law Group, LLC, Cook Law Group, LLC, and Walter Rucker celebrated a victory as the insurance companies offered to pay their total policy limits of $10 million to settle the case. The best pre-trial offer in this case from the defense was only $1.5 million. While we wanted a jury verdict for this family, we are happy that our client and her grandson were able to find closure and can start the journey of restoring their lives.

Introducing Allie Lazenby! She is proud to be representing the Rotary Club of Gainesville.

Allie is the daughter of Shane and Jennifer Lazenby. She has two brothers, Jackson and Sawyer, and one sister, Lillianna.

Allie is a senior at North Hall High School where she is a Varsity Spirit Cheerleader (Scholar Athlete and Letterman) and a member of the Beta Club and the North Hall Captain’s Table. She is also an alumna of Youth Leadership Hall County. Allie attends Ivester Early College, and she is a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. Allie also enjoys visiting new places, as her travels with her family are her favorite pastime. Allie looks forward to continuing her education after graduation pursuing a degree in agricultural business and marketing. Allie is honored to be a part of Charity Ball as a Belle Candidate and hopes her contribution will make a difference in her community.
