- Refinancing Next Year: I believe rates will come down in 2025 and most homebuyers will be able to refinance. Therefore, the loan/mortgage a buyer gets this year is temporary, so they need to understand how a refinance works and how we will educate, monitor, and guide them when the time comes.

A high-caliber lender understands the market conditions and adapts with them. They understand the homebuyer buyer pain points, hurdles, and how to communicate solutions.

I’m also sharing this info with my Realtor partners because they have questions too, and it’s our job to keep them in the loop so we can stay in flow.
