⚠ BREAKING NEWS⚠ VA Funding Fee and FHA mortgage insurance premiums are being reduced!

We have read reports released by the Veteran’s Administration and the Federal Housing Administration that they are soon cutting the costs borrowers pay for using their respective mortgage programs.

This is VERY big news and a long time coming!🎉

There is more information contained at the links below, but the bottom line is this:
1. VA Borrowers will see a .15% reduction in the funding fee paid at closing (and typically rolled into the loan amount). This reduction will be effective on loans closing on or after April 7th, 2023.
2. FHA Borrowers will see a .3% reduction in the upfront mortgage insurance premium and monthly premiums tied to an FHA mortgage for first-time and lower-income borrowers.
