Synthetic fragrances are dangerous and toxic.

I'm going to be honest: I've been a True Cellular Detox Specialist for over 15 years now, and it's still a little weird for me to talk about how I ate cake for breakfast!!!

Spoiler Alert: You and I CAN'T eat cake all the time and be healthy!

However, I wanted to share two little secrets with you today. It's something I've learned, and it's been super helpful for me in my own health journey.

Secret 1: You CAN eat your favorite cake recipes made with healthy, "real food" ingredients some of the time and live a healthy lifestyle. It's all about diet variation, fasting and feasting, incorporating real food, and eating seasonally like our ancestors did.

Secret 2: Substitutes! You can make any recipe healthy by substituting unhealthy ingredients for healthier options. For example, instead of using margarine, use organic grass-fed butter, or instead of sugar use organic raw cane sugar or Monkfruit. Replace white flour with organic sprouted flours, etc.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to take this Italian Wedding Cake recipe that has been in the family for over 50 years, and substitute ingredients so it's healthier. You'll never have to choose between eating healthy AND enjoying delicious food again!

If you eat the Standard American Diet (SAD) chalked full of fake oils, bad fats, fake flavors, and processed chemicals, just to name a few, you will get standard American disease!

What you put in your mouth matters! You are in total control!

It's now wonder a Harvard study concluded.... "the daily price difference is trivial in comparison with the lifetime personal and societal financial burdens or a diet- related chronic diseases!"

In other wards, eating health is a TOTAL BARGIN!!!!

I don't know about you but I would rather pay my local farmers, than pay into America's Sick- Care system!

You are not gluten intolerant! More likely… you are eating wheat that has been POISONED!!! ☠️☠️☠️

Glyphosate is the main ingredient in the well-known and widely used herbicide Round-Up, which happens to be the most commonly sprayed herbicide in the U.S.

Each year more than 250 million pounds of glyphosate are sprayed on American crops!

The bottom line…glyphosate destroys good gut bacteria, alters you mitochondria and drives cellular inflammation which leads to modern disease like cancer, autoimmune, autism, gastrointestinal disorders, miscarriage, and diabetes.

If you live in the United States, the bread you buy at the store is NOT the bread that was consumed by our ancestors. Even if it’s labeled organic!

The only way to avoid glyphosate in your food is to avoid consuming wheat entirely!

If store-bought yogurt is your preference, here are a few things to look for when shopping:
Organic
Made with grass-fed milk
Unsweetened
No added fillers, artificial ingredients and/or food coloring

😁Bonus tip: don't buy the same yogurt every time, it is best to change up your probiotics frequently so that you get the benefits that each probiotic strain offers.

Having irregular bowel movements? You are not alone!

Your problem may be that you are not getting enough diversity of fibers in your diet!

Rhubarb is an excellent source of fiber and it's almost in season!
