We have an immediate opening for a server/bartender. Present hours would be Wed 3:30 to 9pm, Friday 11:30 to 9pm, Saturday 11:30 and 1st cut, Sunday 11:30 to 8:30. Ramp certification and serve safe a plus. Please apply in person during business hours. Great hourly wage plus tips. Our most profitable schedule!

What's lunch without a few specials? This weekend we have a meatball sub with provolone and fries for $7 and smoked chicken salad sandwich and fries for $6! Come get um.

Our Story
A Continuing Tradition?
The picture above is from my uncle Bud Paolino’s Restaurant on Lombard St in Baltimore from the 60’s. I was probably about 4 years old the first time I saw crabs being steamed professionally. “Bud’s” was very well known, and for many, a Baltimore Tradition. I proposed to Denise, my wife of 34 yrs now, in this restaurant. A fantastic cook herself, at home, I was always the meat, and seafood guy. She did all the hard stuff!
As the “baby of the family” I seemed to hang with Mom in the kitchen a lot. Didn’t have all the electronic distractions back then. Heck, not much more than a couple TV stations. She was a wonderful cook. She loved to bake, and made some banging desserts, Italian pastries, homemade from scratch pasta dishes etc. I have, and use her pasta machine often. Mom is gone now, but fortunately, she passed on many of her secrets and techniques to us. Little did I know at the time, that this was where the seed was planted for my love of food preparation. It was later in life that, “that seed” would begin to grow and flourish into a passion.
The food industry is what brought us to PA some 20 yrs ago, and after 11 yrs in the business, enough was enough, and we began operating professionally as “Jeff’s Got Crabs & Seafood” in York. During our time here, both Denise and I have developed a love of the Gettysburg area. So after 2 + yrs of looking for the right location, we are both very excited to be beginning “Jeff’s next big adventure” in our soon to be new home.
