Want to solve knee problems, become more athletic, run faster, more stamina, prevent injury, jump higher or maybe just better knee health?
You may want to try this…
An isometric (hold) extreme lunge with very specific intentional activation will yield life changing results. This will get you ready for battle ⬇️
READY POSITION
* Start with feet straight forward (extremely straight, it should feel weird/unnatural) about 6-8in apart (a lil less than shoulder width)
* Lunge out with leg directly in front of where you started
* Chest up, shoulders back, eyes & head straight forward
* Think about being a beast, playing your sport or a specific athletic movement: running, jumping, etc…
FRONT LEG
* Front leg 90 degrees or a lil lower than parallel
* Pull with big toe towards hamstrings
* Engage hamstring with max pull
BACK LEG
* Leg extended straight as possible
* Engage glute at maximum squeeze
* Push off big toe
Hold for 15sec-5min depending on your level of development & goals.
A core M3H2 teaching is to be thoughtful & thankful 1st. Soon as you wake…accomplish something…or any time were you can be thoughtful of others and serve them with appreciation.
