Welcome to the Jungle Spartans!! PTA is excited to welcome our Spartans back to school by hosting the first dance of the school year this Friday, August 23, 2024 right after school!! There will be a DJ, games, snack shack and much more! Tickets will be on sale during lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Welcome! Volunteers are a crucial in the success of Sandburg PTA. All student programs ran through PTA are ran by volunteers. Dances, wellness programs, community activities, etc, all depend on our parent volunteers and donations. If you are a new parents to Sandburg Middle School, this is also a great way to get first hand updates on what is happening at the school and a fantastic way to meet new people.

This Thursday, drive by and drop off those shoes! PTA will be at the third level on Leadora from 12pm to 1pm ready to help you off load those old, used shoes. Your student’s name is all we need and they’ll be entered into the raffle for a prize on Friday morning.
All shoes will be donated to build up small businesses in other developing areas. Your shoes will find a new home and help provide a home for someone in need in the process. Every pair counts, so bring them on by.
If you miss the event, you can always drop shoes at the Sandburg Library to achieve the same goal. Shoes will be collected until the last day of school! Thank you for helping the economies of the world, Spartans! We’re making a difference every day!

Celebrate Earth Day by giving your old, used, or spare shoes new life! The Sandburg PTA is taking donations of all types of shoes and providing them to people in need all over the world. Bring your shoes in to the Sandburg Library and your student’s name will be entered into a drawing each week. All final winners will be provided a free lunch with a friend the last week of school.

Fundraiser will run through the last day of school. There will be a special drive by, drop off event on May 2nd. Details to follow!

Get ready for some Springtime sweets! Kona Ice will be on campus Friday after school and again next Thursday. Bring those reusable cups and grab some delicious shaved ice to kick off Spring.

This Spring, let’s clean out our closets and provide families all over the world with a source of income and livelihood! Sandburg PTA will be having a shoe drive starting in April. Bring your old, used, or even new unwanted shoes to the library for a chance to win raffle prizes every week. More details to come!
