BBI International Promotes Grace Nustad to Accounting Assistant and Marketing Analytics Coordinator

BBI International would like to announce the promotion of Grace Nustad to Accounting Assistant and Marketing Analytics Coordinator. She will be responsible for supporting the accounting department by performing a variety of tasks, as well as helping execute strategic marketing initiatives and activities, cooperating with the marketing department to ensure data and reporting are up to date across all digital platforms.

Nustad joined the company in January 2024 as Social Media & Marketing Intern, where she assisted with the marketing efforts promoting the International Biomass Conference & Expo, the International Fuel Ethanol Workshop & Expo, along with BBI International’s family of publications including Ethanol Producer Magazine, Biomass Magazine, UAS Magazine and SAF Magazine.

Nustad, originally from Grand Forks, ND, recently graduated from the University of North Dakota where she studied marketing, managerial finance, and accounting. She received a degree in Business Administration in May 2024. In her time at the University of North Dakota, she was involved in Marketing Club and Beta Gamma Sigma International business honor society.

Customer Relationship Responsibilities:
Contact potential advertisers and identifying prospects; telephoning customers; pique interest in potential customers for our magazines and events.

Customer Relationship Job Duties:
Identifies prospects via telephone from lists provided by marketing team and business development director.
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Influences customers to buy advertising, exhibits or sponsorships by following a prepared sales script.
Completes calling task by recording names, addresses, and interested product.
Secures information by completing database updates.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
