Physical Star Test.
How to do this find your age group on the Physical Star Sheet and when you can do all the requirements correctly.
See a Sensei to have them run you through the test.

If you do everything correctly that is on the Physical Star Sheet, you will receive a White star.

The Physical Star Test can be taken every 3 months.
