We recently did a demonstration at Knapp Charter and won Knapp Charter Shining Star Awards for parents volunteering at the school!

Attention Attention‼️‼️‼️📣📣🚨🚨🚨 June and July we have some amazing opportunities for everyone to be a part of. Only event that will cost is the Daddy Daughter Dance it's only $10 a ticket to attend. But the Hero's Breakfast, Fitness in the Park and the Women's Self-Defense Clinic are free events. Please RSVP if you are looking to join the Women's Self-Defense Clinic.

Men's mental health is a serious problem and at a all time high. This is a safe space for us as men to gather and have a great fellowship. Holding each other accountable and lending that ear or shoulder when a brother needs to vent and not feel like their being judged or made fun of behind their backs. Let's get together and work on our mental health to help build stronger friendships, relationships, and better bonds with those around us. Next 3 dates 2mw May 26th, June 9th and June 23rd.

This 60 minute session will be held in place of Wednesday night Women's Self Defense.
