"I want you to know that I am so grateful for the work you do. There is no doubt that I have made all of the changes in my life that I wanted (except sleeping-but it is improving), as well as many, many more. Everyday I discover something that is now improved in my life -such as stress management, anxiety, anger, negativity and the list goes on and on. I have listened to each of these tapes over and over again and discover everyday new ways that they have helped me. I hear the tapes in new ways each time and new ideas as well. For instance while eating in a healthy way has always been a goal of mine, I have found myself far less tempted by chocolate even though it wasn't a goal for these four months.
