“Wine Flights & Small Bites” today!
Keeping it simple with SOUP FLIGHTS! Carson thought soup would really hit the spot on a day like today. So far, there is Tomato Leek Bisque, Butternut Squash Bisque, and a Ground Beef and Italian Sausage Chili with Kidney Beans… perhaps another soup, too!
Tell them a “little birdie” told you!

It was a SUPER FUN Wine Dinner last night! Joe and Carson brought us so many happy flavors!!!
We are fully booked tonight (Saturday Jan 13th).

As we turn the corner on another wonderful year at Carson’s Bistro, we thank you all for your support and love! It’s been a crazy few years that have presented some challenges, but we’ve made it through strong. I’m confident that we will continue to make new friends and give people memorable experiences in our cozy place. To that end, I have a bit of sad news as well. Our friend and very talented Sous Chef, Joe is leaving us to fulfill his upcoming Daddy role and though we will miss him tremendously, we are super excited for him and his lovely wife Callie!

Going forward I will be collecting résumés to fill a line cook/chef position here at Carson’s. You must have a minimum of 2 years line cook experience, love to cook, and have a good attitude. No hot heads need apply.
