The little windows is where they’d put women who “cheated” on their husbands (no trial or proof just men claiming said adultery) and they be left in cells to starve to death. The windows would be there for people to provide the women with food and water-if they wanted to. The had old on the floors and walls. One of the pictures I took has in the upper right hand part of the picture. They weren’t there before in other pics and only in one other after. Hmmmmmmm

I started the day eating outside for breakfast and then taking the bus to various stops. The one I liked the most was I didn’t go in but I did explore the gardens. Then I went to wait for the bus to pick me up, only to find the route stopped at 6:pm and though I’d been there in advance, it still hasn’t shown up. So, I walked back into the inner city or and got dinner and then and walked back to it was a long day of walking but it was nice to have another day to wander around. The Belvedere Palace hosts

meet these are just a few fun things I found while there for the day. The city is quaint and full of history. Bratislava was only placed on my two years ago and I’m so glad I got the chance to visit. It’s only an hour away from and completely doable for a day trip.

Welcome to my 50th birthday trip!!! My hotel is the oldest one in Vienna (love that) and my first walk about as a 50 y/o. Next, tour Austria. More pictures to come. I hear Austria is beautiful and I am so excited to be here to see it all for myself!!!

Have you ever heard anyone talking about Reiki? Wonder what it would be like to receive Reiki and if you’d gain anything from it? The feeling of tingling, feeling lighter, seeing vibrant colors with your eyes closed, having the feeling of a weight taken off of you or in a better mood? Everyone does Reiki differently. So the responses you’ll experience will be different.

The way I practice Reiki is different. I communicate with the energy in your body and let you know what I’m sensing. Sometimes it’s a trauma, an injury, an emotion or just something you’ve been holding onto since childhood. I help you release it and in its place I put Reiki energy in its place.

I do this for your entire body and then do another scan as I walk around the massage table. It’s normal to feel heat, a release or an emotion that has to leave you.

Reiki isn’t anything against any religion, it works with your soul/spirit/energy. It’s pure love and cannot be manipulated for anything negative.

I’m offering Reiki sessions for $75.00 for a 90 minute session May 11-18th.

It took us almost 24 hours (with a stop over) to get here….but my word is my bond!!! I finally got to see where my Sammie Kate goes to college! ❤️❤️❤️ I also got to see my sorority house and hers! Greatest day! Our Airbnb was a farm and I took pics of the chickens just for you. Hahaha

I went on a short walk today and had to share these pictures. The last is of a bird that was walking with me for about 10 minutes…until it found a snack and went for it. Hahaha

I went for a nice little stroll today. It was about 72 degrees out but it was such a nice walk. What I didn’t get a picture of was the snake that I almost stepped on and screamed at. 🙄🐍 now that my classes are done, we can explore more of the Colorado area.
