When crafting your wedding guest list, the power is in your hands. If you envision a gathering exclusively for the grown-ups, that’s totally fine (in fact, many couples opt for it!)

To see a moodboard come to life is one of my favorite things about wedding planning. Capturing a couples aesthetic and executing it for all their friends and family to see on their special day is what makes my job so worth it!

Mailing Wedding Invites 101:
-don’t order custom invites too late, order your invites at least 5 months ahead of time.
-order extra!
-double check everyone’s address
-stamp your response cards
-make sure you have enough postage to pay for the weight + distance
-get help licking envelops!
-spell out all roads and states fully
-the number of invites is less then the amount of people you’re inviting, (pairs), so make a separate list for households

Late summer inspo 💕 catching up on posting my summer brides- gosh this season was beautiful! The weather was mostly mild (minus some terrible rain storms 🙃) but you can’t control the weather! And we had fun either way!
We’re headed into our second fall season and we can’t wait to see what 2024 brings us!

It’s been 2 years since I truly started taking on weddings under Willow + Sage so I figured I’d re-introduced myself!

I DECIDED TO LAUNCH WILLOW AND SAGE BECAUSE I FELT THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING MISSING IN THE WEDDING INDUSTRY. WEDDING PLANNERS CAN SOMETIMES GET A BAD RAP- WHICH IS NOT COOL. CONSIDER ME THE SLIGHT CONTROL FREAK FRIEND YOU NEVER KNEW YOU NEEDED. THE DETAILS TO ME, ARE ALL THAT MATTER. ALSO, DO I HAVE MULTIPLE CALENDERS SO I DON'T FORGET ANYTHING- DEFINITELY.

I HAVE A VERY CALM AND FLUID APPROACH TO MY SERVICES- I'M JUST HERE TO HELP YOU THROW THE BEST PARTY YOU'VE EVER BEEN TO!

Planning a wedding is hard.

If hiring a planner is just another box to check off on your wedding to-do list, we probably aren’t the best fit and that’s okay! For us, being your planner is much more than just being another vendor on your wedding day. We want to be there to help you every step of the way. We want to be there to calm your nerves and to make sure that the only thing you're focused on is what truly matters - your soon-to-be husband/wife and the amazing day ahead.
