The LEO Santa toy drive at Salon 34 turned out amazing! Our very own Donn Pudmaroff truly did an AMAZING job collecting so much of this. He got up every morning and went live on his TikTok as Santa, bringing in donations and toys! Collectively we were able to bring in over $1,900 worth of gifts for those in need this year. My heart is so grateful for each and every person who was a part of this. ♥️

UPDATE ON LOCATION FOR CLIENTS!

As some of you already know, our salon suffered from an electrical fire last Friday July 24th. Unfortunately our building and all of our belongings were a total loss. We are SO incredibly grateful that no one was hurt. We will be reopening at a new temporary location on Thursday August 6th. The address is updated on schedulicity, but I am also listing it below. It’s just a skip, hop, and jump from our previous location.

We did lose everything in the fire, which is why it will take another week to be able to get set up and ready for you all in the new space. We are all trying to gather new equipment, supplies, etc. Which takes time and money. We‘ve had a large outpouring of love and supplies donated by SO many in the salon industry. Locally, and abroad. We are so so blessed by this, and we genuinely couldn’t be more grateful. I’m truly blown away by the generosity that has been shown by our industry, and I’m proud to be a part of it.

I always want to be upfront and transparent with my clients, and unfortunately the communication and understanding of our insurance coverage was not what we expected. We had very high limits liability coverage, (to protect all of you) but no content coverage (to protect all of us) I have since acquired personal content coverage to protect my property and belongings in the future- and I would urge all of my fellow booth renters to do the same. As this is YOUR responsibility, not your salon owners. Thankfully we’ve been incredibly blessed to have Cindy Bishop do all she can to help us, even when it’s not her place to. She is truly a rare gem, and someone I consider family. ♥️

THIS is why I use Olaplex, and why your stylist should too. The left picture is a result of someone doing a highlight bleach process over and over again on very dark hair with no olaplex. The right side is after this client came in and we did a color gloss and ONE olaplex treatment. The result speaks for itself. I can't say enough good things about this product. ❤️ the health of your hair should be your stylists number ONE priority.
