Julie Valentine offers support to victims of abuse and r**e. Each year the Julie Valentine Run2Overcome is held to raise funds for their important work. This year the race was held on Saturday August 3 and Emmanuel was there. We volunteered, ran and made a financial donation. Thank you Emmanuel for your generous support. Looking good Kristin! As one of our members recently discovered, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County can make you tired and dirty - the good kind of tired and dirty. Habitat builds new homes, sure, but they also have a home preservation and weatherization program. Check out Habitat. It's a good place to volunteer your time and talents.

Due to a plumbing issue in the facility at McCarter Presbyterian,
EUCC will not have services or activities this week.

The issue is being addressed but the building is closed until the issue is resolved.

New Worship Time:

Join us for worship beginning on Sunday, February 4 at a new time. Pastor Vaughn will lead us in an adult education series on the Bible and its history starting this week. We will then gather for worship in the sanctuary. Following worship, all who can are invited to join in a fellowship gathering at Tipsy Taco just up the street from the church. We hope to see you!

Annual Congregational Meeting: Sunday, January 28

A big THANK YOU to everyone who donated food and volunteered their Saturday morning to work at Harvest Hope Food Bank. We delivered a full SUV of donated items and bagged 14 pallets of frozen food for distribution.

EUCC Time and Location Change: November 20

Starting Nov 20 EUCC will begin worship at 9:15 am and will meet in the Sanctuary at McCarter Presbyterian Church (2 Pelham Rd Greenville). We will also move to mask optional on the 20th. We hope to see you there.

Daylight saving time officially ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6.
Don’t forget to “Fall Back” and move your clocks back by one hour.

Emmanuel UCC will be returning to worship services in the Sanctuary at McCarter Presbyterian Church on November 20th. Please note that we will be returning to our previous time of 9:15 am. This service will be “Mask Optional”. Please respect the personal space of congregants who do choose to wear masks.
