🎶Cause if just one more soul
Were to walk down the aisle
It would be worth every struggle
It would be worth every mile
A lifetime of labor is still worth it all
If it rescues just one more soul🎶

Mr. Burkhardt brought a message out of II Chronicles 20 today. Jehoshophat had a great multitude coming against him. Even though he feared, he “…set himself to seek the LORD…” the Lord, teaches us to have faith over fear, and to come to him in prayer when we have a need. Thankful for our young people who desire to glorify the Lord in music.
Yesterday, the 3rd-6th graders enjoyed a great devotional by one of our college students, Josh Kowach. Bro. Josh talked about the importance of doing your best and going the extra mile with any given task. The students came together to pray for our pastor’s wife, Miss Mary, who has been very sick. The Tar Heels pulled it out for first place, Alabama came in second, and Duke had their first win to pull in third place. The teams can rest up for spring break this week and come back strong on March 28th for another round of March Madness.
Tomorrow from 7:30-8AM we will have donuts with dads in the gym.

The 3rd-6th grades met first thing this morning to have a devotional from Mr. Burkhardt. Duke, Clemson, Alabama, and the Tar Heels then faced off with some March Madness competition. Clemson battled to the top with Tar Heels coming in second and Alabama taking third place. Looking forward to next week as each team faces one another again. 🏀
