GTC AOT 250 Kayla Teyler

For my final project in AOT 250, I had to create a travel itinerary for international business purposes. I chose a medical/hospital supply company as my project and decided that their business representative will be traveling to Paris, France, and Athens, Greece to meet with hospital representatives. This trip aims to create new business opportunities and establish international sales for the company.

I selected Paris and Athens for their well-known hospitals. The hospital in Paris is the oldest existing hospital in the area, while the one in Athens is a major hospital group with impressive achievements.

Finally, to wrap up this week's AOT project, we got a chance to show some creativity and create a poll just for fun. I once again utilized Survey Monkey to create this poll.

This week in AOT 250, our project was to create and upload two training videos to YouTube. For my second training video, I chose Shoplifting - What is it, and how to prevent it. I chose this subject because it relates to my extensive retail career and is something that I still use in my current role.

This week in AOT 250, our project was to create and upload two training videos to YouTube. For my first video, I chose to do the basics of grocery picking. I chose this subject because it relates to my current job and it is something that I do on a daily basis and am very familiar with. I am also a trainer at my store, so it was not a stretch for me to create a video on this.

The Basics of Grocery Picking This week in AOT 250 - W01 our project was to create and upload training videos to YouTube. This is my first video, on the basics of grocery picking at Walmart.

This week in AOT 250, our project was to create QR Codes. This was probably my favorite project so far. Below you will see three of the QR codes that I created this week. There is a description in the captions to each one.

Part one of this week's AOT project entailed creating an infographic resume. Below is mine, highlighting my associate degree in Administrative Office Technology - Medical. It includes some background on me and my skills, as well as what employers seek in a Medical Office Administrator.

Our assignment in AOT 250 this week was to create infographics. This is part 2 of the project where we were able to choose a topic. Since it relates back to my survey project, I chose eCommerce statistics since it is what I do every day. I have compiled a few fun facts about eCommerce below.

For this week's project in AOT 250, we were instructed to choose a Fortune 500 Company and create an employee-friendly PowerPoint on the Annual Report. For my company, I chose the number 1 Fortune 500 Company - Walmart.
I chose Walmart because I currently work there while I work to complete my second Associate Degree in AOT Business. My second reason for choosing Walmart is that since it had to be an employee-friendly presentation, I had an advantage there.

This week's project in AOT 250 required us to merge several documents into a single PDF file. To complete the task, I used a combination of Microsoft Word and Adobe software. I found both of them to be user-friendly and efficient in helping me complete the task quickly.

This week's AOT project was all about conferences - planning, hosting, etc.
My made-up conference is on Pregnancy and You and includes lectures from an OBGYN, Nurse Practitioners, and nurses from Charmed Health Systems. "Join us" for a two-day event focused on pregnancy and your health. Below is my flyer.

As part of this week's AOT 250 project, we had to create a digital survey. I chose to do mine on online grocery shopping since my current career is focused on digital shopping. This is a brief 10-question survey about the Online Grocery Shopping Experience. Below is the link to my survey.

Sharing content from this week's AOT 250 project on Meeting Minutes. The project gave four meetings to listen to and take raw notes on, followed by putting them into templates in Microsoft Word and then converting them to PDF files.

Google Drive: Sign-in Access Google Drive with a Google account (for personal use) or Google Workspace account (for business use).

As part of my journey to an associate's degree in AOT through Greenville Technical College, I earned the Microsoft Office Specialist in Microsoft Word. I earned this while completing the AOT-Medical program, and I am now working on completing the AOT-Business Systems program.
