Maintenance manager is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment. They also must adhere to safety procedures and processes within a site's regulations.
A typical day:

• Process checks in the computer system by the end of day on Monday, using the AP preset schedule from Friday. Process online payments two days before the due date. Include all payments on Monday’s check log.
• Process separate runs for payments done online verses by paper check. Online payments are to be processed with generic check numbers i.e. 4000, 4001, etc. to utilize blank paper and conserve printed check usage.
• Enter all new payables onto aging, i.e. insurances, property taxes, credit cards, rental, etc. the day received. Should a credit card statement need be obtained from the President, request the statement two weeks prior to due date and enter onto aging.
• Follow normal procedures as to matching up packing lists with invoices for the day. Anything without a packing list, post to system, stamp entered and place in a specific location to follow up on later in the week. Do not let an invoice sit without a packing list over a week’s time. Call vendor if necessary to obtain proof of delivery.
• Sends email to contacts that may be traveling during the week to confirm any reservations. If so, book rooms accordingly.
• Reconciles any and all expense reports.
• Enter information on “new check log” and submit via email. (See Controller for details)
• Maintain a collection call list and return vendor phone calls each day worked. Email updated list to Controller at end of day.
• Travel to bank to obtain mail.
• Any and all other duties assigned and may arise in the accounting arena.

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
