I was reminded this morning in my quiet time the importance of a break from social media and our devices. Not only a break but RE-PRIORITIZING them in our lives. Whether that be…
1. getting off all social medias for a while
2. putting the phone in a basket when you first walk in the door at the end of the day
3. putting your charger away from your bed so your not tempted to grab it first thing in the morning
4. Setting time limits on social media apps
5. or putting it on airplane or do not disturb when your with your loved ones

With thanksgiving 🦃🍂around the corner, I am super thankful to be able to do what I love everyday and for my wonderful clients that make it possible!
Check out this coppery balayage we did today on this gorgeous lady! Ribbons of color galore!
Ever wonder what the re-install process looks like for ? Well here it is!
Step 1: we assessed her grow out, it looked healthy and well cared for. She brushes her wefts regularly and gently causing no matting or tangles. She avoids chlorine and salt water. She also conditions her extensions well to keep them shiny and hydrated! (Pro tip: gently braiding them at night when you sleep with a silk scrunchy keeps them in good condition also!)
Step 2: we removed the old wefts and beads
Step 3: we re-applied her row of beads
Step 4: we re-installed her wefts by stitching them around the row of beads, creating a seamless attachment!
