We are hosting a Women's Self-Defense Class in our gym on Sat, August 17th from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The class will be facilitated by Unified Self Defense. Unified Self Defense is led by Terence Brister who is a Greenville City police officer and has taught self-defense for many years. This is an introductory course designed to prepare the mindset and will include a brief lecture, warm up and hands on instruction. The cost for the course is $55/person.
