Providing excellence in physical therapist assistant education since 1968. The Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Mt.
Hood Community College is a two-year associate degree program consisting of coursework on campus and supervised clincial experience in health care facilities in the Portland metropolitan area and throughout the state. Upon passing the state board examination and becoming licensed, the assistant is qualified to work in any health care facility which provides supervision by a licensed physical therapist.
We are currently hiring part-time PTA program instructors. Individuals with expertise in all areas of clinical practice and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
