We will accept auditions through Saturday, August 3rd. Join us in person or via Zoom this Sunday, July 28th at 6pm. We will be holding a brief annual meeting (where you can learn all the great things happening at Eastside Theater) which will immediately be followed by our information meeting. Whether this is the first time you are thinking of participating in theater, or have experience, it is a great opportunity to learn about the production from the audition process through the final performance. The Production Team will be on hand to answer any questions. If you are unable to join us in person, you can attend via zoom. That link is:

Eastside Theater will be holding an in person Information Meeting on Sunday, July 28th at 6pm. This meeting will take place at 3445 SE Hillyard Rd. in Gresham. Our production team will be there to explain the process from auditioning to performing, and can answer any questions you might have. We will be broadcasting this meeting via zoom, we will post the link.

Our 2023/24 season has now concluded, and two of our top three attended shows of all time were produced this past season! We are so looking forward to next season, we will be making an announcement in the coming couple of weeks about timeline for auditions for our next show: Bye Bye Birdie. We will audition this summer, and will be on the stage in November. Have a fun and safe summer, and we will see you soon!

Lillian is in 11th grade, and this is her second show with ETC. Some things she couldn’t live without are Eloise (her keyboard), or Liesle (her upright piano). She would like to thank her friends and family for their support.
Michaela – Tech
Michaela is in 12th grade, and this is her sixth show with ETC. One thing she couldn’t live without is her music. She has a hard time getting through a day without it. She would like to thank her parents. She would also like to thank the people here at ETC.
Phoenix – Tech
Phoenix is in 11th grade, and this is his second show with ETC. One thing he couldn’t live without is his cat. He would like to thank his mom. He’d also like to thank his siblings Kaisa and River for joining the show.

Bella – Dereka
Bella is in 8th grade, and this is her first show with ETC! One thing she couldn’t live without is her moms. She would like to thank her moms for encouraging her to do this play. She also wants to thank Phalyn and Ella for helping her with self confidence.
Dakota – Connie
Dakota is in 8th grade, and this is her second show with ETC. Some things she couldn’t live without are Dr Pepper, her phone (of course), and musicals (especially Hamilton and Heathers)…and she can’t forget her dog, Clover. She would like to thank her mom and sister, Cyra, for being so supportive of her theater journey, and all of her friends being so supportive as well. She’d also like to thank the internet, of course.
Hayden – Mom
Hayden is in 8th grade, and this is her fourth show with ETC. One thing she couldn’t live without is her friends, because they're so supportive. She would like to thank her friends for getting her into theater again and her family for supporting her. She would like to especially thank Attalia and Dakota for sticking with her through the last show.

Alissa – Sheriff
Alissa is in 12th grade, and this is her 32nd show overall, many of those with ETC. One thing she couldn’t live without is Cheerios. She would like to thank her mom for starting her in theater and her dad for stepping up to be board president all these years.
Grace – Nina
Grace is in 8th grade, and this is her fifth show with ETC. One thing she couldn’t live without is music! "If there is one thing that is constant in this world, it is the power of music," (Josh Groban) So, that is why she couldn't live without it! She would like to thank her mom for not only being involved in this show by doing costumes but for driving her to rehearsals every day and her family for supporting her in the arts. She’d also like to thank her amazing theater friends.
Moss – Maria
Moss is in 8th grade, and this is her third show with ETC. One thing she couldn’t live without is her voice. She sings A LOT, and losing her voice for a couple days is already torture, so not being able to talk, sing or use her voice in any way for a week is something that she’d prefer not to happen.. She would like to thank her parents for helping her with her acting journey, and her friends for keeping her stress levels down during tech week.
Attalia – Barista
Attalia is in 8th grade, and this is her third show with ETC. One thing she couldn’t live without is her pets. She has four cats, and they're really important to her. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her and her theater friends for helping her become more confident. Most of all, she would like to thank God for always being with and helping her.
