Well, not really — this one just features your favorite red heads.
Due to the national emergency, and in the interest of public health and safety:
David Lyles Developers and it’s entities are following the mandated presidential and state guidelines. Our office will be temporarily closed to the public. At this time we are planning on resuming normal business hours on Monday, March 30, 2020. Our team is available through email and phone in the interim.
In our continued efforts to maintain a safe and virus-free environment for our tenants and their clients, we are continuing to follow the CDC’s recommendations and taking additional steps in all of our commercial buildings by:
👉🏼 Hiring additional janitorial staff to sanitize and disinfect all common surfaces that would be touched by visitors in our buildings, on an hourly schedule throughout the day, during normal business hours, starting immediately. This is in addition to our regular daily cleaning schedule. Surfaces may be or appear to be wet during this increase in cleaning — we are following manufacturers’ instructions for “dwell times” in order to saturate surfaces and kill viruses.
👉🏼Temporarily removing lobby furniture to avoid socializing/gathering in our lobbies to comply with Governor Hogan’s executive order to restrict people from gathering and maintaining the recommended 6 foot “social distancing”.
As information and recommendations are fluid, we will make changes as needed.
Stay safe and healthy — we will get through this together!!
“When nothing goes right, go left”
Although our office is currently closed to the public, our staff is still working to process all existing and new residential and commercial sales and refinances. You can continue to reach us by voicemail or email. For important information about how we are handling the COVID-19 outbreak, please visit our website at www.lincolntitlemd.com/notice.

Please be extra cautious while driving, especially during school arrival and dismissal times, and know when to stop for buses loading and unloading children.
