⭐️NEW HIRE ALERT!!!⭐️
We are super excited to introduce the newest member of our B3 family, Dr. Adam Goltra! Recently relocating from Colorado, Dr. Goltra brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team!
Dr. Adam has been practicing for 8 years and specializes in outpatient orthopedics. He enjoys the variety this realm of physical therapy provides for treating patients of all age groups and activity levels. Adam is originally from Southeast Kansas and received his doctorate of physical therapy at Wichita State University in 2016.
Adam has an active lifestyle and grew up playing multiple sports. He genuinely understands the difficulty and frustration pain and injuries cause as they limit your potential to live life to the fullest.
The reason he chose physical therapy for a career is because the current healthcare model is flawed and has many broken parts which are unable to provide true patient centered healthcare. He believes quality physical therapy is, and should be, a main leader in healthcare, especially in outpatient orthopedics, because we have the unique ability to understand and see a patient’s entire care from their most vulnerable to their full potential.
Adam has a strong passion for treating patients with chronic pain, post surgery, sports rehab, dizziness/vertigo, and general orthopedic issues. Adam is an avid sports fan and when not in the clinic he enjoys spending his free time fishing, hiking, golfing, playing sports, working out, spending time with family, volunteering, and reading.
Join us in welcoming Dr. Adam Goltra to the B3 team! We’re overjoyed to have him on board as we continue to provide exceptional care to our community!! 🎉🎉
Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁
In a season of blessings, you’re one of mine! Wishing you and your family peace and light. 🕎
Humble brag!
We wish you and your loved ones a very sweet, healthy and happy Rosh Hashanah! Let’s make this year even better than the last!
💪 New Hire Alert 🚨
Dr. Ryan Shipley is our newest Physical Therapist at B3 in Hallandale, FL.
Dr. Shipley earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. He is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Ryan’s family roots are in the Florida Keys, but his childhood took place in a small town in Southern Illinois after his parents decided to move to the Midwest. While growing up in a small town, Ryan participated in football, cross-country, basketball, track & field, and baseball. After graduating from high school, Ryan moved on to Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville to pursue a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.
Ryan was first introduced to physical therapy after suffering several ankle injuries during high school sporting events, and also while recovering from a fractured forearm which required surgical repair. While practicing physical therapy, Ryan emphasizes providing patient centered care and improving overall wellness to help his patients live life forward. Ryan is especially interested in treating sport related injuries and post-surgical patients.
When not at work, Ryan enjoys traveling back to the Florida Keys to spend time with his family and friends. Ryan also enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his Siberian Husky, “Nova.”
Please help us in welcoming Dr. Ryan Shipley to our B3 Family!
This Memorial Day, we honor all who gave their lives serving our wonderful country. We’re thinking of those who have lost someone they love. Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice!
May Passover bring with it joy, peace and good health to you, your friends and loved ones this season!

🔥 GLUTE BURNER 🔥
This side-lying leg lift against the wall is my new favorite glute exercise!
You might be using your hamstrings instead of your glutes during bridges or hip thrusts and this exercise will target strengthening your glutes.
Start by lying on your left side against a wall. Press your right heel against the wall then raise and lower your leg 10 times while maintaining contact with the wall. Make sure to keep your toes pointed forward when lifting. To progress this exercise, move further away from the wall while keeping your heel against the wall. Complete 10 on each side.
