After months and months of planning, the Community Gala Dinner celebrating the Village of Hamburg Sesquicentennial is complete!

We are so proud and thankful to have been part of the celebration and could not have done any of it without the support of the chefs and staff at our amazing village restaurants, our wonderful village government officials, countless volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and all of our residents who attended on Saturday night.

We had the best time planning and preparing this memorable evening for you and hope the memories last a lifetime. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We love the Village of Hamburg! 💙💚

Mason’s Grille will be CLOSED on Saturday, June 29th as Chef Tobin and our fantastic staff serve at the Sesquicentennial Community Gala Dinner. We will reopen on Friday, July 5th following the Fourth of July holiday. Cheers to a great weekend of celebrating our village!

Happy official start of summer! In honor of "grilling season" Chef Tobin thought his famous St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs (pictured) would be perfect for this week!

Also featured will be a Fiesta Seared Angus Flat Iron Steak, a Bruschetta Burrata Pasta, and a Stacked Summer Caprese for a starter.

Pictured is our Award Winning Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf - a blend of three ground Black Angus cuts, wrapped in smoked bacon then baked. Also featured is a Pan roasted Fresh Citrus Halibut Fillet, a Brown Sugar & Bourbon Pork Loin, and Panko Breaded Soft Shell Crabs for a starter. Awesome!

Stu Weissman is a regular on the jazz scene and most recently was named Best Jazz Guitarist in Buffalo! They are both excited to continue the long legacy of live jazz at Mason's Grille 52

Pictured is Chef Tobin's Cast Iron Seared Duck Breast. Also featured will be a Grilled Black Angus Sirloin Oscar, and Mediterranean Sea Scallops. As a starter, he has prepared a delicious Summer Goat Cheese with fresh mango, mint, almonds, and honey. WOW!

It's a big weekend in the Village! Join us on Saturday for the Hamburg Music Festival. We will be welcoming "Wood n Steel" to Mason's for the first time! They will start at 7PM...and they are AWESOME!!

Pictured is Chef Tobin's BBQ St. Louis Rib Platter - A full rack of slow cooked ribs in our own sweet BBQ sauce accompanied by our house made cole slaw and hand cut sweet potatoes fries.

Also featured will be his Lemon & Caper Salmon Pasta, a Ginger & Soy Black Angus Sirloin, and Roasted Pork Smothered Nachos for a starter.
