Hey friends! Let’s chat about something that might sound a little science-y but is worth knowing – MTHFR. Yeah, it’s a buzz term these days. For most of us, it's just another acronym, but for some, it might mean you need to tweak your supplements or watch out for certain health issues.

Here are a few signs and symptoms you probably didn't know could be linked to MTHFR:
