Research has shown that regular participation in physical activity and exercise helps enhance emotional and social well-being in children with disabilities.

Amy Wheadon, MSOT, OTD, OTR, NASM has been a pediatric OT for 23 years and is the founder ExerSHINE Kids POWER Bootcamp Program, a structured group program focused on using fast-paced, high-intensity exercises to improve overall performance in daily occupations.
