We do not have endless rows of “cardio” machines and mirrors on all of our walls. We are a Strength and Conditioning facility that gets results. We use proven strength training methods combined with metabolic conditioning and cutting edge energy system training to create elite levels of fitness. The exercises in all of our programs are varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity. A

• True Athletics is a Strength and Conditioning facility where our goal is to train you to be the best that you can be. Whether your goals are increased athleticism for sport performance or increased capacity to keep up with the kids, we can help.

• Our coaches are true professionals in the field, not just someone who has attended a weekend certification and decided they would like to be a coach. To be a coach at True Athletics you must work as an intern until you have developed the skills and knowledge necessary to be a top level coach. Not everyone who begins the internship process becomes a coach, but those who do are the best of the best.

• We have worked with a wide range of clients: individuals looking to create a healthy lifestyle, parents, children, military special operations personnel, firefighters, police, athletes and sports teams.
