We are almost full this year and have several dates open in 2025. We have not begun booking 2026 but will give an update as soon as possible.

~The home is available to rent for weddings, meetings, and other gatherings. “Peak” months (May, June, September, October) are reserved for 3-day wedding rentals but will become available for all events a few months prior.
~Rates: $350 for one day, $1000 for two, $1700 for three (subject to change). Rental is from 9am on the first day until 11pm on the final day.
~We can accommodate up to 15 overnighters and we provide linens and towels. A layout of the 2nd floor can be found in that photo album.
~Indoor maximum capacity is 75. Larger groups and ALL weddings need to provide a mobile restroom or porta potties.
~A 10% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Remaining balance and signed liability waiver are due 30 days prior to your arrival. No discounts, no refunds.
~You are required to take your trash with you. We have several kitchen-sized trash cans (with bags) and wastebaskets throughout the house. We do not have large outdoor trash cans. You may leave recyclables in the blue bins provided outside.
~You may use your own decorations. No use of nails, staples, any adhesive that may damage walls/furniture/surfaces. No lit (real burning) candles except for cake candles. PLEASE no confetti or glitter.
~You will provide your own food and beverage. You do not need a licensed bartender to serve alcohol. Only those over the age of 21 may consume alcohol. Please ensure everyone drinks responsibly.
~Weddings will provide their own tent, tables, chairs, linens, etc. There is a designated area for the reception tent, but several areas available for the ceremony.
~Fireplaces may be used with prior consent but you may need to provide firewood.
~The pool is not available for public use.
~Photographers may use the outside grounds for shoots (free of charge), with prior consent.
~All visits/tours are by appointment only and will be limited during busy months.

We are scheduling tours (weather permitting) and taking deposits for 2023 rentals.

April 1-19, 26-30

November 11-13, 25-27
December 11, 16, 23-31
