Tim Vaughan of Moosilauke Visions will be hosting a free webinar on building a company culture of employee retention on Wednesday April 25th at 9am Eastern.

This is a topic that Tim is passionate about and one that impacts all of us in one way or another. He has a wealth of experience working with mission-driven organizations on this subject and will provide actionable strategies that you implement right out of the gate.
Here are some of the topics that will be covered:
- Why investing more heavily in recruitment alone is a losing strategy.
- The 4 primary building blocks of an employee retention strategy.
- Why previous attempts at “culture change” have fizzled.
- A strategy for the next steps that you can apply today at your organization.
If you are in any way involved in HR or leadership we highly recommend hearing what he has to say; it will be time well spent.
Life is unfolding for former Dartmouth College soccer star, Myra Sack, and her husband Matt until their beautiful daughter, Havi, is diagnosed with Tay-Sachs, a fatal neurodegenerative disease, and given only a year to live. Myra and Matt decide to celebrate Havi’s short life and vow to to show her as much of the world as they can, surrounded by friends and family who relocate to be in Havi’s orbit.
Myra’s beautifully written book is available on Amazon on April 2nd. Moosilauke Visions is so proud to be supporting Myra and her not for profit organization, E-motion.

We're delighted to share that E-motion, an innovative program designed to integrate movement and grief support, has received a generous $30,000 Challenge Grant from Moosilauke Visions!
Myra Sack, the visionary behind E-Motion, embarked on this journey during her daughter Havi's battle with Tay-Sachs, a terminal neurodegenerative disorder. Drawing from her own personal struggles, Myra established E-Motion as a means to help provide grief support and coping strategies to patients and their families.
Adding to this exciting news, Carl Lovejoy, Chief Development Support Officer here at Moosilauke Visions, will provide fundraising assistance to E-Motion as they continue to grow as an organization.
