Massachusetts Prohibited Plant List: Updates - List was updated end of '22 to add three additional invasive plants:
Japanese Black Pine (Pinus thunbergii)
Scotch broom (Cytisus scoparius)
Weeping Lovegrass (Eragrostis curvula)
There will be a phase-out period for these newly listed species, so that nurseries can sell off existing stock received or propagated before 12/31/2022. The schedule for this phase-out and details here: https://massnrc.org/pests/blog/?p=3112
