🥭 Grilled Tandoori Fruit:
1. Mix pineapple and mango slices with Sukhi's Tandoori Indian Marinade.
2. Let sit for 5 minutes.

A lentil love affair is waiting for you. Meet our Green Lentil Daal recipe 🥰 starring our Coconut Curry Sauce. To fall in love, grab the recipe below.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry green lentils
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ medium red onion
- 1 package Sukhi’s Coconut Curry Sauce
- 1-2 large carrots, finely diced
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- Parsley, optional for garnish
Directions:
1. Finely dice the carrot, garlic, and red onion.
2. In a large saucepan or pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the garlic and chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
3. Then add Sukhi’s Coconut Curry, the lentils, and vegetable broth. Stir, bring to a boil, and leave it to simmer for about 15 minutes.
4. Stir in the canned coconut milk and cook for about 10-15 minutes to thicken and slightly reduce until the lentils are tender.
5. Once done, serve with rice and garnish with parsley.
This fusion is fierce! Try our Vindaloo Baba Ganoush 💜
Ingredients:
- Sukhi’s Vindaloo sauce
- 1 Tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 1 large or 2 medium eggplants
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Parsley for garnish
- Pita for serving
Directions:
1. Turn oven on to 425 F.
2. Cut eggplant in half, then salt and allow to "sweat out" excess water for about 30 minutes.
3. Arrange the eggplant halves on a lightly oiled baking sheet, flesh side down.
4. Roast for about 40 minutes or until very tender and cooked through. You can also grill the eggplant.
5. Once the eggplant is cool enough to touch, peel the charred crispy skin off (it should come right off). Discard the skin and the stem.
6. Transfer the cooked eggplant to a food processor.
7. Add the tahini paste, Sukhi’s Vindaloo sauce, and greek yogurt.
8. Pulse lightly until a smooth dip is formed. A few leftover chunks are fine.
9. Cover the baba ganoush and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
10. Serve with pita or crudite. Enjoy!
