We’re always being asked to manage our investors rental properties and now we can finally make that happen!

With my personal background in investing in Real Estate for over 14 years and managing our rental properties, I have learned a great deal in what it takes to reduce the risk associated with owning rental properties. In the last year, we have been tirelessly working to offer a service to Real Estate Investors that not only will attract the best tenants but also reduce turnover cost.

I’ve been playing basketball lately and it reminds me of my days when I use to walk to my Elementary school (Las Juntas) and play for hours by myself or with Mark the custodian Also reminds me of when I use to go to my high school gym (Alhambra high) and shoot for hrs after I was done coaching. It really is the simple stuff that that brings joy to our lives. I’m a grown ass adult and playing 🏀 just brings the kid out of you. So for those reading this, slow your lives down, make time to do the hobbies you enjoy, hobbies that bring out the kid in you.
