Today, I'm sharing my favorite summer appetizer with you! Shrimp & Cucumber Bruschetta. 🍞🍤
It's fast and easy! 👉🏻 Slather a baguette with the cream cheese mixture, then add cucumber. Add another layer of cream cheese mixture then butterflied shrimp. Top with fresh dill. Bon Appetit! ✨
Ingredients 👩🏼🍳
▪️ 24 toasted baguette rounds- you can toast your own or purchase at Fresh Market.
▪️ 12 jumbo cocktail shrimp butterflied and tail off.
▪️ 8 oz soft cream cheese.
▪️ 1/4 c heavy cream.
▪️ Fresh lemon juice, 1/2-3/4 lemon squeezed.
▪️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
▪️ 3 T fresh chopped dill- 1/2 in sauce and 1/2 for final topping.
▪️ One cucumber peeled and scored with a fork.
