This past month I had one of the busiest months in my business EVER. I am beyond humbled 🙏🏼

End of July & beginning of August I found myself in a bit of a financial hole when multiple challenges hit all at once. Car problems, my medical grade ionizer breaking, water coming out my faucets yellow green, among other things.

Then mid August hit and all the energy of abundance came through. Right when I “needed” it.

What makes me so humbled is that I didn’t have to go get a job to make ends meet. I didn’t have to take out a loan. I was able to provide for these challenges through my own offerings that set my heart on fire, the support of my incredible community that sees me, and of course my amazing husband ❤️‍🔥

I have been consistently putting myself out there, networking, learning, staying disciplined, laying my foundations, ever since March so that I could be able to offer more of my heart to the world.

And the payoff is unreal. I’ve been able to take care of myself in big ways by solely doing what I love: helping other people.

I help my husband with his Flooring business part time and take care of most domestic duties. I love being a homemaker and supporting him in what he does 💕

I help women reconnect to the sovereignty of their wombs. I love reminding women that they are literal Temples and that their bodies are so sacred 🌹

I help people let go of what doesn’t serve them through Kambo. I love supporting people leveling up into a new frequency through the medicine of the Jungle 🐸

I help people get access to other Holistic Medicines & technologies that actually work. I love supporting the health of my community in these ways 🌎

And I help people connect with their Breath. I love showing people how to be their own medicine 🌬️

The fact that these corporations have no desire to protect what is left of Florida’s beautiful wildlife parks is sick to me. The whole point of people coming to Florida is to experience FLORIDA. Not for their 987th golf course. Go somewhere else for that.

We have plenty of golf courses!!! We don’t need more. Our Florida environment is already suffering from your overbuilding. Stop destroying everything in your path just to play some fu***ng golf you sick m $rf€ck%rs!!

I don’t care if I have to stand in front of bulldozers. I refuse to let this happen.

Jonathan Dickinson is such a beautiful sanctuary for animals and camping. The turtles there are adorable.

Oleta is an incredible place to adventure with the family. Keep it that way.

Anastasia is a gem in St Augustine and NEEDS to be protected. That county has plenty of development now too.

Please do what you can. No one is going to stop these corporations except the local community. If you actually live here in Florida, please go to one of these meetings. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Unless you’re asking me to gather around a sacred fire, I’m not interested.

Every election year it’s the same story and the same results. It’s a toxic paradigm of duality and people being forced to believe this is the best we can do.

I’ve seen better community building and group policy orchestration with my sisters and brothers on the Red Road than anything the government has ever promised.

These people on screens don’t care about you.

If you take your eyes off the screen and start looking around outside, you’ll see what policies are needed.

Our waters need to be cleaned.

Our food needs to stop being sprayed.

Our weather needs to stop being tampered with.

Our children need more supportive learning environments.

Our families need people helping out to make ends meet and support with their children.

Our communities need peaceful relations.

Our people need to innerstand their irrevocable God Given rights made manifest through Natural Law.

There are people who are already doing these things on a local level. Those are the people I vote for every day with my dollar. Those are the people I give my attention to. And THAT is the type of person I aspire to be.

Either you’re being the change at a local level or you’re a victim to the system. And if you choose being a victim to the system and keep buying in to these ridiculous elections, you’ll waste your life away until years go by and you realize it was all a scam. It’s a big show, a drama designed to keep you entertained.

I’m paving a way to create my own Sovereign nation with my family & community and it’s about time that more people start waking up and joining in the movement of reclaiming our Sovereignty. Because the Earth is ready for real change.

Love is always a risk ❤️‍🔥

Anytime we decide to give our heart to someone, we are taking a gamble with the Slots of Love.

Some risks are safer than others. Some risks can lead us to incredible loss, others to unbelievable gain. And some risks take us into very unfamiliar territory and we just have to play the hand we are dealt.

Along the way of loving , I have found this edge of being safely afraid in the gamble of love.

The love we have for one another is big. It feels scary to even roll the dice at times. It brings up our deepest shadows and fears and asks us to work through difficult hands.

On the other hand, it ignites the unfolding of each other’s greatest potential. It teaches my nervous system how to place a healthy bet. It rewards me with unexpected winnings, and the 777 jackpots will start flying through as we find our flow 🎰

Above all, I notice that the more I bet on myself, the better our Love gets.

Betting on yourself makes you better. Your strategy gets better, your winnings get better, and the One who came to play will naturally rise to the occasion. And then it’s just becomes fun😆

On this day, I took my vows as a Priestess of Sekhmet, the lion headed goddess of Ancient Egypt.

She is the Mother of All. And as I grew up in Father religion, it became deeply important for me to get to know his equal opposite, the Mother.

I took my vows to Sekhmet because every way that I go brings me to her.

Gnostic Christianity - Mary Magdalene worked with ancient Egyptian magic in her Priestess training. Yeshua (Jesus) is also often depicted as a Lion that guards his sheep

Hinduism- The Goddess Kali has the same story as Sekhmet’s story. Sekhmet is the original Kali.

Star Nations - Sekhmet has ties to Lyra, the feline star nation where I also have cosmic roots

Native American- I see her in the Pe**te ceremony fires. Almost every time.

Indigenous Amazon - the Tsunu tree is considered the most sacred tree of the Amazon. And Sekhmet’s doctors and surgeons, her ancient healers, are known as the Sunu.

Breathwork- Sa Sekhem Sahu, her mantra, means “The Breath of Life awakens the energy of the Spiritual Body.”

Holistic Health - Sekhmet is primarily a protector of the Earth. She destroys evil that plagues and causes harm to the Earth.

Ancient Civilizations- some of the oldest evidence of life on the planet depicts Lion People, people with Lion heads who protected the Earth.

The list is infinite.

She is intimately interwoven within the fabric of all. She is the sacred whisper of my soul.

She is the piercing light that penetrates all darkness.

She is a warrior of compassion that so many need in their journeys.

She is the Great Lady who shines an example of how to walk as a Daughter of the Earth.

And I intend to walk in this way.

I am beyond honored to be her Priestess in this lifetime and so many others🌹

May we all remember the Mother, in whatever way she appears to us.

If you feel like there was nothing wrong with the Olympics opening ceremony, try going to Church on Sunday with your family and then taking your young kids to a drag show after. IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE AND DOESNT MAKE SENSE.

Drag shows are ADULT ENTERTAINMENT. It is for ADULTS. That display had nothing to do with athletic excellence, honoring Jesus, or paying tribute to France’s history. It was a Satanic ritual, a defilement of Jesus’s original message, and an attack on families GLOBALLY.

PTSD Trigger Warning ⚠️

Some of us are recovering from things we just started remembering. And no, we are not crazy.

For most of my life I had amnesia. Almost 4 years ago I began a remembrance that broke me into a million pieces. I started having memories flood back from childhood abuse I never remembered until it was time to remember.

These sudden memories haunted me as an adult on a daily basis. I was always terrified I would randomly remember more. I had nightmares constantly that I never wanted to talk about. And my mind was a prison I would never wish on anyone.

Thankfully I got a good grip of my mental health last year. And my Spirit reassured me that I wouldn’t have to remember anything more. It didn’t matter what happened to me. That was the past.

I felt crazy for a while. And still do sometimes. I’ll still connect random dots about my past and it makes me shudder, but I’m able to move through it now with love.

I had an ambitious soul when I incarnated on this planet. I went through what I went through because I was made to help others who are remembering. I was made to help victims of abuse. I was made to help people trapped in places against their will. I was made to help some of the most burdened individuals on the planet.

Because I know what that burden feels like.

And I’m becoming more and more equipped to help people handle those burdens.

A lot of us are fighting battles you couldn’t even imagine. Extend some love and compassion towards one another. And trust that you have no idea what it’s like walking in another’s shoes.

This is my truth 🌹 what is your truth?

I listened to my dreams & they took me to the place where the Eagle and the Condor fly in peace.

In 2020, I started getting introduced to indigenous healing ceremonies. I used to be open about it online more when I first started. These days I am pretty quiet about my ceremony work. & very selective about how I share it & who I share it with.

It’s been almost 4 years of this practice. & it has become more than a practice. It’s become a life path. A way of life.

I didn’t necessarily choose this way of life. It feels more like it chose me. The way Creator orchestrated events aligned everything for me to be of service to the medicine.

I don’t believe it sometimes because I’m a white girl from Jacksonville FL. My ancestors were colonizers. Why me?

I know these things aren’t about race, but I also sometimes feel like there are other more qualified people who have a lineage with the medicine that should be doing this. Why me? Why call on me?

I am realizing that my role is to be an example of someone who can humble themselves & learn from these ways.

Me being a white woman in an indigenous world may seem offensive to some. It may look out of place. It may appear as me colonizing or appropriating.

Well, that’s just not true.

To me, it’s a privilege being in these spaces.

I get to listen & learn from those who have suffered the most in our society & see how my lineage can do better.

I get to support indigenous communities rebuilding & be an advocate for them in a society that actively oppresses these ways.

I get to be a Rainbow Warrior, someone who helps dissolve the separation of races & allows the New Earth to come through.

I challenge my ego. I sit with the triggers. I remind myself constantly that I know nothing. And I listen to the elders.

This work is not easy. Anyone looking from the outside in has no idea the work it takes.

Walking with the indigenous is a deep way of decolonizing because if you really walk this path, you see firsthand how it heals you and your relationship with the planet. You witness the beauty that was being kept hidden from us all these centuries. You become part of the All & remember who you are🌹

That person waiting your table is a Minister of Nourishment. They are delivering the good news of sustenance, health, and vitality to you. Why shouldn’t they be considered a Minister too?

And that mom raising her babies at home, she is probably doing the deepest spiritual service: creating life and rearing our future generation to be well rounded members of society who can too be of service one day. She is a Minister of Life

I empower every single person on Earth to step into their God(dess) given right to Minister their ministry to the world.

Things shift when we begin to see our work as a Ministry. It’s a completely different playing field when every day that you wake up to go to work is a day that you are serving your mission to the world.

My Testimony on Living Water

4 years ago I was in the pit of my addiction. Life became too much for me to handle and I ended up spiraling into deep depression. I took ketamine every day for months. It was the only thing that made me feel better at that time.

When I started to snap out of my dissociation, I dove into some powerful detoxes to get my mind, body and spirit back.

A lot of the detoxes I used were aggressive. Most of them involved a lot of intense purging. They helped me get clear and come back to my senses, yet they were very rough on my system.

When I started drinking Living Water in 2021, I noticed I felt like I had just done a deep detox without all the difficult purging. The water was gentle yet supportive. It felt like I was immediately plugged into a spiritual charger. I was energized, alive, clear on a daily basis, feeling more and more like myself again.

When my 2 week water supply ran out for the first time, I energetically crashed. That’s when I realized, that a lot of the problems I had with my mental, emotional, and physical health were due to dehydration.

I decided to invest in my water in March 2021 and never looked back.

Living Water helped me recover from deep addiction. It supported my body in healing itself. Chronic UTI’s became a thing of the past. Headaches went away. I had energy to take care of myself again. Conscious Community

Surrounding yourself with conscious community is medicine.

I used to have extreme social anxiety. I got terrified being around other people, especially people doing better than me. It always triggered my insecurities and made me compare myself to others. I also felt like I didn’t belong anywhere so why even bother connecting with people. And yet, that was my medicine.

I had a lot of things about my life that I wanted to be different. And being in the mirror of conscious community reflected that back to me.

Determined to make my life better, I continued to show up. I continued to do the work. I spent months getting comfortable in the uncomfortable. And I ended up finally finding my place in this world: at the frontline of holistic health and women’s empowerment

I spent time working through my shadows and insecurities before I felt like I was really able to share my gifts with others.

The life of your dreams lies in the shadows of community. If you can work through your trauma with community, you unlock new levels of abundance.

You learn how to put yourself out there.

You learn how to be interdependent, receiving support and giving support.

You learn what your purpose is and where you belong.

Prioritizing conscious community was one of the best things I’ve ever done.

I’m so grateful for all the communities that have helped build me up this past year especially Red Tent Goddess, Wake Water Co, my breathwork school One Breath, the Conscious Community in South Florida, Women’s Circles, and Co-Ed Circles.

Red Tent Goddess 🌹

Last May I was invited to my first Red Tent ⛺️

Red Tent is a global movement of women from all walks of life that gather in sacred sisterhood to explore and celebrate the divine feminine energy.

Coming into this safe, supportive space that honors the Goddess in every woman was highly transformational for me.

I was faced with a lot of my own shadows that needed some deep love. I never felt like I belonged anywhere, and I didn’t know what a supportive network of women actually felt like.

I was carrying a lot of pain when I arrived to my first circle, and I was greeted with nothing but love, respect, and support. Every circle that followed was the same.

The environment of Red Tent supports me in a remembrance of what embodying the Goddess actually feels like. The leaders of Red Tent offer wisdom both spoken and unspoken that helped me move through a lot of grief and pain and now support me in embodying my joy. And the sisters I ended up bonding with see me in ways that I always dreamed of 🌹

Red Tent has become my backbone. It is the ingredient of love that was lacking all my life. Having a group of women that I can safely turn to and lean on in all phases of my life makes me feel like I am not alone.
