You don’t need to eat before a workout. I’m fasted for at least 18 hours during this workout and I never felt better.
Some of my beat workouts have been fat fueled, no need for carbs. Your body makes all the carbs it requires on its own.
I’ve already proved you can gain muscle on the keto diet and in my experience lost body fat at the same time.
Don’t believe everything people say. There’s always a different way to achieve the results your looking for 🔥

You don’t need to life heavy to build muscle 💪🏽
I typically lift in the 10-15 rep range and that’s where I’ve seen the most growth for myself
I sprinkle in some weeks where I do lift heavy but for me I notice my body gets torn down quick doing that
Of course everybody’s body works different so try it out yourself
Don’t not so something just because somebody says... experiment with your body and learn what’s best for you 🤙🏽
Do you train fasted?
Fasted workouts are a great way to tap into those stubborn fat stores.
Just because you haven’t eaten for 16-20 hours doesn’t mean you can have an effective workout.
With the proper know how incorporating a couple days of intermittent fasting throughout your week, you can create a habit that Lee’s off unwanted body fat indefinitely.
Here I’m 20 hours fasted and had coffee + salt before my workout. No sluggishness. Just focused and driven.
