🌟 Big congratulations to Nikayla C., a proud 2024 GSUSA Gold Award Scholarship recipient! 🏆 Nikayla, a graduate of Kaiser High School, has been awarded $5,000 for her exceptional leadership and community service through her Gold Award project.

Her project, "Kaiser High School's Guide to Teenage Wellness," tackles the critical issue of mental health stigma. By creating a comprehensive curriculum that includes lessons and resources, Nikayla has made a lasting impact, making mental health education accessible and judgment-free for students and beyond.

🌟 Leadership in Action! 🌟 Dr. Kanoe Nāone, CEO, and J Cisneros, Chief Operating Officer of Girl Scouts of Hawai'i, recently attended the Girl Scouts CEO Bootcamp in Westchester, NY. The interactive and immersive training session brought together national staff and leaders from across the country to sharpen their skills and foster collaboration.

We are excited to put the lessons learned into action back home with the Girl Scouts of Hawaiʻi.

🌉✈️ This year’s Kolekole SU Bridging Ceremony was nothing short of historic! Held at Wheeler Army Airfield, our Girl Scouts had the unique opportunity to bridge through a Blackhawk Helicopter in the same hangar where Amelia Earhart famously refueled her plane in 1937 during her attempt to circumnavigate the globe. What a way to step into their next chapter of Girl Scouting—inspired by a legendary trailblazer! 💚🌍

Today, our offices will be closed as we celebrate the unity and leadership of King Kamehameha I, who brought together the Hawaiian Islands. Let's honor his legacy by embracing the spirit of aloha and community in all our activities today.

🌟🍪 Troop 668 not only crushed their cookie season goals but also earned a magical overnight stay at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa! They had the incredible opportunity to meet with Aulani Ambassador, Dylan Rogers, who shared insights on thriving in a successful career at The Walt Disney Company. The troop earned their Aloha Ambassador Badge and Honor Troop pins, celebrating how their efforts align with Dylan’s mission to promote Hawaiian culture globally. What an unforgettable weekend of learning and fun! 🌺✨
