We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting our Bella Boutique event on Friday, February 2 and Saturday, February 3 at YWCA Laniakea.

All participants will receive a styling appointment and a dress they can wear to prom or other formal events, completely FREE of charge! 👗

All currently enrolled high school students are welcome to attend. A valid school ID is required upon entry.

Our hearts overflow with gratitude! Whenever we reach out to the community to say we want to help more girls, you all respond in a dynamic way! Thank you to those who have already donated or will be donating to us before May 1st. You are helping the critically ill children of Kapiolani Medical Center have their "prom." The power of Bella is strong!

This is Olivia receiving approximately 60 brand new dresses dropped off at Kapiolani Medical Center to get ready for prom next week. Due to the critical nature of the participants, only brand new dresses can be given to the patients. We are fortunate to have the monetary and in - kind donations to provide for the critically ill young ladies. (Tuxedo stores, provide rentals for the guys.) Kapiolani Medical's Prom is on Saturday, April 23rd.

Loving these memories when we were able to send dresses to Maui!

Dresses are flying to Maui in style thanks to Georges Aviation! Because of George, the Bella Project is able to help the high school girls on Maui. We are very fortunate to have this support! Thanks George!

Last night, I was approached by someone I never met before she said, "You are with the Bella Project! I'm a teacher of low income kids and I tell all of them 'when it is time to go to prom, go find the Bella Project, they will help you out!' Thank you for helping the girls for all these years!" ❤️👗❤️

Blast from the past! Twelve (12) years ago, The Bella Project was held in the Ala Moana incubator. What's an incubator? Ala Moana used to have a space that allowed small businesses to "try out" a retail space on a temporary basis. They allowed us to giveaway dresses in the incubator.😊👗❤️👗

By May 2016, we had already given away 1500+ dresses!😀❤️👗❤️

Ten years ago, we were in the ING building in Waikiki (now closed). We could only see 3 girls at a time and they had to try on dresses in the conference room with the big table in the middle of them! Not much room, but we made it work. 👗❤️👗

The Bella Project is coming up on multiple anniversaries. April 2009 was original start date and, April 2013 The Bella Project nonprofit spun off of the Junior League of Honolulu. We will be posting multiple throw-backs leading up to our anniversary. Stay tuned to see the last 14 years unfold.👗❤️👗😊👗

In 2020, proms were shutting down, but that didn't stop our Bellas from wearing their gowns from us!👗❤️👗

Proms may be cancelled but that doesn't stop this Bella from wearing her dress around the house and often! Keeping spirits up is all that matters! ❤👗it's more than a dress!
