aunt brought us to this modern korean place and it did not disappoint! the beef in the bimbimbap was so tender and flavorful. i always forget how tasty bimbimbap is actually, i should eat it more. i also loved the mackerel and pork belly. the mackerel was so good! not fishy at all and the gochujang sauce added a punch of spice. the pork belly had a sweet component to it which i quite liked
