Come on down to this weekend for a celebration of our Brooklyn chef friends’ recent award for best cookbook in the U.S. Foodways category. We will be featuring and Japanese and Jewish respective heritages in a dish they call “okonomi-latke”—a perfect hapa pancake that is crisp-chewy and full of local cabbage, bean sprouts, and potatoes, then topped with cured Kona Kanpachi, smoked trout roe, crème fraîche, and chives.

We are now open Sundays! We’ve been wrestling with the idea of opening our doors regularly on Sundays for a while … and we’ve finally pulled the lever. Tonight -We are now open on Sunday evenings! Doors open at 4pm and last seating is 9pm.

Spring Brunch Protégé Series | Sunday, June 2nd
Celebrate Fête’s young chefs 🧑‍🍳 with its third edition of our “Sunday Protégé Series”. This time around, we are featuring Kira Swope, Fête’s current Sous-Chef. She has dreamed up a fun, unique brunch to highlight some of her favorite ingredients raised and grown on the islands. This brunch pays tribute to her parents’ music and DJ roots with a portion of ticket sales benefitting Hawaii Public Radio - a network of listener-supported, public radio 📻 stations.
