- Perform bicycle, vehicle and foot patrol duties.
- Respond to emergency calls, exercise arrest authority, conducts investigations, apprehend suspects, administer first aid, summon assistance, protect persons from further harm and preserve evidence, enforce traffic laws.
- Verify individual's right to enter restricted areas as well as deny access to unauthorized persons.
- Interview witnesses and persons involved and prepare written reports.
- Perform general office responsibilities to include preparing reports and forms, recording messages, composing statements, completing forms.
- Periodically serve as Desk Sergeant with responsibility for the operation of the installation security communications police network mobile patrols throughout the installation, and access control.
- Interact with local community consisting of DA Civilians, RMI citizens, military contractors, and family members.

Antiterrorism Awareness Month recognizes the risk associated with terrorist threats and provides education for Soldiers, DA civilians, family members and retired Soldiers to increase their antiterrorism awareness and vigilance.

Army antiterrorism and protections programs are an integrated effort to deter, detect and mitigate risk to Army readiness and support mission assurance.

Army Community Service (ACS) was born 59 years ago this week. They deliver programs and services that keep Soldiers and Families resilient, ready, and empowered.

The Exceptional Family Member Program assists Family members with special needs. Financial Readiness helps Soldiers and Families get a handle on credit, debt, and other money management issues. Employment Readiness gives military spouses a little boost in their search for a good job, and Family Advocacy gives you a chance to let leadership know how they can make Army life better.
