High school diploma, Certified Medical Assistant (equivalent or higher). 3 years of experience in customer service and 1 year of experience in office administration preferred.
• Assign and administer neuro-cognitive surveys
• Perform electroencephalogram (EEG)
• Administer personalized, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation under the guidance
of a provider/lead clinic supervisor
• Provide patient education on best practice guidelines
• Properly document assessment, EEG, and treatment notes into electronic medical record
system
• Effective communication with provider and other staff to ensure continuity of care
• Appropriate bedside manner, facilitating a safe and welcoming environment
• Schedule weekly treatment, EEG and provider’s appointments
• Ability to multi-task and manage patient flow in fast-paced environment
• Other duties as assigned
