FRC Team 708
Team 708 is the Hatboro-Horsham High School FIRST FRC Robotics Team based in Horsham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. www.team708.org
Team 708 is an FRC team that was founded in 2001 and is comprised of approximately 40 students in grades 9-12. Operating out of the Hatboro-Horsham High School, our team works all year long to accomplish the goals we set. Along with this commitment, some of the high school students act as mentors to our district’s middle school FLL program, as well as aiding in our summer FLL Boot Camp. We also ha
Congrats and good luck to Annie J. at the Olympic trials tomorrow.
Congratulations to the Hatters Robotics Class of 2024! We thank our seniors for your contributions to Team 708 and we wish you the best of luck in college and your future endeavors! Don't forget to come back and visit!
This past weekend, some of our team members held a booth at the Simmons Spring Fair. Over 120 kids and parents came to check out our table! We had so much fun making paper rockets, helicopters, showing off our FLL program and introducing young kids to STEM and coding. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and all the kids who stopped by!!
Last night, some of our team members set up a table at the 8th grade club night to recruit new team members for next season.
We may not have qualified for the District Championship, but a group of students and mentors volunteered at the event!
What a season!! While we didn’t make it to the FIRST Mid-Atlantic District Championship this year, we still had a great run of the 2024 FRC season. There were bumps along the way but Team 708 was able to secure 61st out of 126 active teams in the FMA district.
We would like to give a shout out to Aidan and Colin for their excellent leadership as our team captains this year, as well as everyone else in the leadership team. We couldn’t have done this without you!!
A big thank you to all of our amazing mentors and coaches who volunteered their time and effort to help us make an awesome robot and guide us through this year’s game.
Congratulations to our seniors who had a great last season. We thank you for all your help and dedication and hope to see you as volunteers in the near future!!
Thank you to all of the teams that we had the privilege to play on alliances with! We loved working with you and we can’t wait to see you again in the future!!
Good luck to Colin and Mrs. P as they compete at FMA champs for Dean’s List and the Woodie Flowers awards!!
Finally, a big congratulations to all of the members of Team 708. You all put in so much hard work and had an amazing outcome. Can’t wait to see what you do next!!
