Greetings! I am excited to share I will be speaking at the Mental Health Conference 2022 on 7/30/22! The conference will run for 3 days 7/29-7/31. I will be speaking on speaking on Regulating emotional responses and understanding the impact of stress and trauma on our daily lives. 🙌🏾

Danielle here. I have been taking time out to learn new ways to aid in healing and recently completed a major accomplishment. I am now a certified 200hr Yoga teacher! I am excited about incorporating yoga into my practice and curating space to aid clients, youth and adults, in moving that emotional energy through the body and helping connect with the body in a positive way. I look forward in joining my clients on this journey along with continuing my own. Look out for more to come 💜✨
